悠树没有账号，不上传，也不使用任何统计、广告或第三方分析工具。我们无法知道你是谁、说了什么、树长成了什么样。

• 录音：只在你按住年轮时录下，存在 App 自己的存储里。
• 文字：你的 iPhone 支持离线语音识别时，在手机上把录音转成文字；不支持时只留录音，什么都不会发出去。
• 健康数据，只读：你同意之后，读取睡眠、步数和户外时间，只用来决定岛上的天气。悠树不写入「健康」，不把健康数据用于广告，也不与任何人分享。
• 树和岛：树的样子、每一季的画、小竹篮里访客留下的东西，以及桌面小组件用的一张画面。

麦克风、语音识别和「健康」，都只在你第一次用到时才询问。拒绝不影响树生长：没有健康数据时，岛上一直是晴天。

把季节画存进相册时，只有你在分享面板里选了「存储图像」，才会请求添加照片的权限，也只写入那一张。

这些都可以随时在 设置 › 悠树 和 设置 › 健康 › 数据访问与设备 里关掉。

点主屏左上角的日期，打开「关于这棵树」，在「你说过的话」里可以删掉任意一句。删掉的 30 天内可以找回，之后录音和文字会彻底删除；长出来的枝会留在树上。这里也可以导出全部文字。

删除悠树，会删掉它在这台手机上的全部数据。

如果你开着 iCloud 云备份，这些数据会像其他 App 一样，进入你自己的 iCloud 设备备份，由 Apple 保管，我们无法访问。

这是我们唯一会收到的东西：你在网站上填的邮箱，连同登记时间、页面语言和你从哪个页面来。只用来在悠树上架那天发一封邮件，别的都不发，也不交给任何人。想撤回，写信告诉我们，我们会删掉。

悠树不收集任何人的数据，包括 13 岁以下的儿童。

这份政策有变化时，会在这里更新，并改写生效日期。

Utree has no account, uploads nothing, and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking of any kind. We can’t know who you are, what you said, or what your tree looks like.

• Recordings, made only while you hold the rings, kept in the app’s own storage.
• Text, transcribed on the phone when your iPhone supports on-device speech recognition. Otherwise only the audio is kept, and nothing is sent anywhere.
• Health data, read-only: with your permission, sleep, steps and time outdoors, used only to set the island’s weather. Utree never writes to Health, never uses Health data for advertising, and never shares it.
• Your tree and island: how it has grown, each season’s painting, the keepsakes visitors left in the basket, and one picture for the widget.

The microphone, speech recognition and Health are each asked for only the first time they’re needed. Saying no doesn’t stop the tree growing: without Health data, the sky stays clear.

To save a seasonal painting, Utree asks to add to Photos only when you choose Save Image in the share sheet, and writes only that one picture.

Turn any of these off in Settings › Utree and Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices.

Tap the date at the top left, open About this tree, and delete anything in What you’ve said. Deleted words can be brought back for 30 days, then the recording and text are gone for good; the branches they grew stay on the tree. You can export all your words there too.

Deleting Utree deletes all of its data on this iPhone.

If you use iCloud Backup, this data is included in your own device backup, like any app’s, kept by Apple. We can’t access it.

This is the only thing we ever receive: the email you type on this site, with the time, the page language and the page you came from. We use it to send one email on launch day, nothing else, and never pass it on. To withdraw, write to us and we’ll delete it.

Utree collects no one’s data, including children under 13.

If this policy changes, it will be updated here with a new effective date.
